Hollycombe consists of an open-plan lviing space including a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and breakfast bar, a dining area seating four guests, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size bed with TV and bunk bed. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with decking and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 0.5 miles. Your stay at Hollycombe is sure to be a memorable one. Note: Although there is no specific parking for this property, there is roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: The washing machine is located in a cupboard. Note: Steps down to the decking in the garden - please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: This property is for holiday lets only; no workers allowed.
