This spacious 10-person home is located in a prime spot in the popular holiday area Klein Vaarwater, just a short walk from the beach, the dunes, and the charming village of Buren. Luxury and comfort on Ameland The villa is stylishly furnished in a fresh island and beach-inspired style.
With five comfortable bedrooms featuring high-quality box spring beds, there is plenty of space for everyone.
Three modern bathrooms ensure nobody has to wait, and with two separate toilets, convenience is guaranteed. Relaxation and atmosphere Villa Dobbe offers a range of extras that contribute to a true holiday feeling.
Enjoy wellness moments in the Finnish sauna or unwind in the evening by the crackling fire of the wood-burning stove in the cosy living room.
On sunny days, the outdoor space is ideal for relaxation while the children play safely nearby. Kitchen & living space The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare a full dinner or a quick bite to eat at the large dining table.
The adjoining living room offers a comfortable seating area with views of the garden. Nearby In the immediate surroundings of Villa Dobbe you will find the indoor swimming pool and the indoor play castle of Klein Vaarwater.
There are also several restaurants, a supermarket, playgrounds, and a beach pavilion nearby.

Prachtig huis ! Super mooi ingericht en heerlijke bedden ! Ook heerlijk dat de bedden zijn opgemaakt en er genoeg handdoeken zijn! Dat geeft een extra vakantie gevoel!
Echt een heerlijk huis !!
Enige feedbackpunt is dat er geen raambekleding in de douche beneden zit, waardoor je als er iemand langsloopt buiten je geen privacy hebt op de wc en douche.
Maar dat komt wellicht nog !
